Microsoft are fixing it with the Windows Update drivers in the update rings in Intune, but until that includes Firmware as well it’s best to use the tools available.
Click on "Update the driver" in the context menu. Then perform right click at the device level of your Dell Inspiron. On the list, find the section “Keyboards”. To do this, do not hesitate to use the Windows 10 search bar.
string keeps changing prompting for a new rule each time. It doesn’t matter if I allow each specific attempt, it will just repeat this same cycle.
It then will create a different string and try to connect again later, generating a new rule for the new string. When it cant immediately connect it assumes it cant connect to the internet (no keep alive) the connection is dropped. The Intel software keeps changing a temp file string which keeps asking to connect. Intel Driver Support Assistant keeps asking for connect permission over and over.
